With a background spanning brand strategy, activation and innovation and a passion for entrepreneurship, Jean-Marc brings his unflagging curiosity and energy to everything he touches, helping countless brands improve consumer perception and achieve business success, including Yves Saint Laurent, Unilever, Nestlé, Motorola, Google, Danone, Purina and Heineken.

With over 20 years of brand design experience, Elainne has held senior brand leadership positions in London, New York, Chicago and San Francisco. A trained designer turned account director, Elainne is the lead architect helping to grow CBA’s global accounts and nurture our client service team. She excels at forming trusted client relationships, connecting the dots between creativity and business for brands like Nestlé, Jim Beam Global, Philip Morris, Seagate and Ansell Healthcare.

Bringing with him robust brand building experience from both the U.K and the U.S., Bennett now helps to lead and grow CBA's creative capacity in North America. With a strategic approach and collaborative spirit, Bennett likes to think big and dig deep and is constantly in pursuit of a brand's most compelling expression. It's this approach that has led him to design impactful and award-winning work for Fortune 500's such as Anheuser-Busch, Beam Global, General Mills, Mars, Nestlé, Quaker PepsiCo, Starbucks and Unilever.

Will’s passion lies in bridging strategy and design to solve complex issues with great insight and straightforward solutions and his 20+ year history includes major branding and packaging programs for MasterCard, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Plum Organics, Nestlé and Tropicana. As a featured speaker and author, Will’s unique perspective has been spotlighted by Package Design Magazine, Entrepreneur’s Organization, thedieline.com, Shelf Impact! and HOW Magazine. When he's not collaborating with clients or spreading the word on the value of branding, you can find Will motoring on his vintage Ducati café racer on Highway 1.

With over 7 years of branding experience preceded by 13 years of retail, interactive and traditional advertising, Laura excels at exceeding client expectations with creative solutions and service. As the conductor spearheading our Midwest office, she continually builds strong client relationships by fostering a solution-driven approach to business and design. Laura’s past clients include Anheuser-Busch, Keebler, Hillshire Farm, Kellogg, Jimmy Dean, Quaker and Wells Lamont.
